Job Description
Experience: 2+ Years
Objective: To translate complex brand messages into high-impact visual assets for both digital and print media, ensuring aesthetic excellence and strategic alignment.
Detailed Responsibilities

Concept Development: Lead the creative process from initial brainstorming and mood boarding to final execution for marketing campaigns.

Digital Asset Creation: Design a wide array of digital content, including display ads, email templates, social media graphics (static and carousel), and website banners.

Print Production: Expertly handle the design and layout of physical materials such as brochures, business cards, large-format signage, and packaging, ensuring all files are “press-ready.”

Brand Evolution: Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand identity systems, ensuring consistency in typography, color palettes, and imagery across all company departments.

Illustration & Iconography: Develop custom vector illustrations and icon sets to simplify complex data or enhance user interfaces.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and coordinating with external vendors (printers, agencies) when necessary.
Technical Skills & Software

Design Suite Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Vector & Raster: Deep understanding of the differences between vector and raster workflows and when to apply them for optimal output.

Typography & Layout: Advanced knowledge of kerning, leading, hierarchy, and grid-based design.

Pre-Flight Knowledge: Proficiency in managing bleed, slug, CMYK vs. RGB color spaces, and various file formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .tiff).

Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of Figma or Canva for collaborative projects and an understanding of UI design principles.
Language & Communication

English (Mandatory): * Speak: Must be able to confidently present design concepts and participate in creative strategy meetings.

Write: Must be capable of writing clear design briefs, proofreading copy within designs, and corresponding professionally with the team.

Candidate Requirements
