Job Description

Experience: 5+ Years

Objective: To serve as the final authority on image quality, blending disparate elements into a single, photorealistic frame.

Detailed Responsibilities

Node-Based Compositing: Build complex, organized node trees for high-end digital manipulation.
3D Integration: Receive 3D render passes from Blender and perform multi-pass compositing (AO, Depth, Specular, etc.).
Plate Restoration: Expert-level rotoscoping, wire removal, and digital makeup/cleanup.
Digital Intermediate (DI): Oversee the color pipeline from RAW log footage to the final graded master.
Optimization: Create efficient templates in Natron or After Effects to speed up repetitive tasks for the team.

Skills & Software

Toolbox: Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Blender, Natron, Silhouette, and DaVinci Resolve.
VFX Knowledge: Deep understanding of camera focal lengths, grain matching, and light wrap techniques.
Pipeline: Experience with ACES color workflow and linear compositing.

Language Requirements

English (Mandatory): Professional-level fluency in speaking and writing for technical coordination and client reviews.
Bonus: Knowing additional languages is a plus for working with global production crews.
