You will collaborate with visual designers, content designers, engineers, and the global Document Cloud design team to build on-brand motion assets for Document Cloud across web, desktop, and mobile. Your work will improve user experience, support product storytelling, and ensure consistency in motion across all platforms.

With intuitive tools for editing, signing, and coordinating PDFs across web, desktop, and mobile, Document Cloud makes everyday document tasks seamless, accessible, and reliable for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and polish motion assets alongside visual designers, storyboarding and animating onboarding tours, coach marks, banners, and other animations that communicate product functionality clearly and dynamically. Keep all assets aligned with brand guidelines across platforms.
• Coordinate with content designers, product partners, engineers, and localisation partners to produce consistent experiences.
• Help evolve and maintain Document Cloud motion design assets,
contributing to system documentation and guidelines.
• Export and optimise animations (e.g., Lottie, GIF, JSON, MP4, WebM), resolving technical challenges and ensuring smooth handoff to engineering.
• Manage requests, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality motion assets within set timelines, adapting to shifting priorities.
• Ensure all motion assets meet accessibility standards and perform well across devices and platforms.
• Keep informed about the latest visual and animation styles and proactively
suggest updates to evolve the Document Cloud visual design system.
What you’ll need to succeed
• Minimum 4+ years in motion graphics, animation, or a related field, supported
by a portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI and product motion design for
digital products.
• Proficient in After Effects, Lottie, and the Adobe Creative Suite, with solid
understanding of Figma and animation handoff tools.
• Ability to contribute to a scalable motion language and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Experience exporting and refining animations across platforms; knowledge of file formats and technical limitations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Dedication to quality, accessibility, and performance in all motion work.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team process improvements.
How to apply
Please submit your resume and portfolio showcasing stellar visual build, visual systems, motion storyboards/animations, and multi-platform deliveries. Include brief case studies highlighting your role, system decisions, and production outcomes.
