Role Overview
We are seeking a Video Editor/Motion Designer with a good foundation in Graphic Design to join our growing creative team. This role requires a sharp eye for design, motion, and crafting engaging videos across a variety of platforms and campaigns
Key Responsibilities
• Edit and produce engaging short and long-form video content, including reels, promos, brand films, and campaign assets. Create impactful statics and motion-ready creatives that align with brand identity and platform best practices.
• Bring videos to life with visually engaging graphics, motion effects, music, and text treatments that reflect and enhance the campaign’s creative direction
• Adapt video content to suit multiple platforms and formats
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media content, visual storytelling, creative tools, and editing techniques
• Execute feedback quickly while upholding creative quality and consistency
Required Skills & Experience
• 2–3 years of experience as video editor/motion designer with knowledge of graphic (advertising, agency, content studio background)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Portfolio showcasing video editing and creative design work
• Knowledge of audio cleanup, colour correction, and ability to organise and manage raw footage and graphic assets
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a good eye for motion, layout, and design.
• Creative problem-solving with attention to pacing, transitions, and timing
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Additional Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience using AI tools and prompts to create smarter animations and speed up video/graphic production
• Basic video production/shooting knowledge
