This course is designed for intermediate to advanced filmmakers, colorists, and video editors who want to master the art of cinematic skin tone grading and shadow control using tools like DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Yes. A basic understanding of color grading tools, scopes, and editing software is recommended. This course builds on foundational knowledge to teach advanced techniques.
We recommend DaVinci Resolve (free or Studio version). You can also follow along using Adobe Premiere Pro with Lumetri Color or other professional-grade software that supports scopes and secondary color correction.
