– Capable of designing for conversion, particularly on landing pages and campaign microsites with specific user actions in mind
– Experience in designing for B2B audiences, understanding the nuances and requirements of enterprise and technology brands
– Skilled in presenting design work to clients, articulating decisions clearly, and incorporating feedback effectively
– Proficient in offering multiple creative directions for both brand and web projects and guiding clients towards the most suitable option
– Competent in creating accurate scopes and timelines and delivering against them
– Well-organized design files in Figma with clear naming, proper layers, reusable components, and collaboration readiness
– Comfortable collaborating with freelancers and developers, ensuring clear briefings, quality reviews, and design consistency during production
– Self-driven and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality
Qualifications Required:
– Proficiency in design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
– Familiarity with animation and micro-interaction tools like Figma prototyping, Framer animations, or CSS/JS animation
– Basic understanding of HTML & CSS to effectively communicate with developers
– Experience with Webflow for designing responsive websites without developer dependency
– Knowledge of CMS platforms like Word Press, Hub Spot, or Contentful for designing within CMS constraints
– Understanding of analytics tools to interpret heatmaps, scroll depth, and conversion data for informed design decisions
