Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Photography & Videography Faculty to train students in modern visual content creation using artificial intelligence tools along with core photography and videography techniques. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training in AI-assisted image creation, video production, editing, and post-production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Training
• Conduct classroom and practical sessions in:
• AI-assisted Photography & Image Editing
• AI-based Video Creation, Editing & Enhancement
• Teach traditional photography & videography concepts integrated with AI tools:
• Composition, lighting, camera settings
• Cinematography basics & storytelling
• Train students on AI tools and platforms, such as:
• Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom (AI features)
• Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E
• Runway ML, Canva AI
• AI background removal, retouching, color grading & upscaling
• Demonstrate text-to-image and text-to-video workflows.
Curriculum & Content Development
• Design and update course curriculum aligned with industry trends.
• Develop hands-on projects, assignments, and assessments.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and demo files.
• Creating content for social media, YouTube etc.
Student Mentorship
• Guide students in portfolio development.
• Supervise student projects, shoots, and AI-based creative work.
• Provide feedback, evaluations, and career guidance.
Technology & Industry Alignment
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and creative technologies.
• Incorporate real-world use cases from advertising, social media, filmmaking, and digital marketing.
• Support workshops, masterclasses, and industry collaborations.
Administrative Duties
• Maintain attendance, evaluations, and academic records.
• Coordinate with academic and technical teams.
• Assist in open house sessions , workshops etc
Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Photography / Film / Media / Design / Animation
OR
• Relevant certification or diploma with strong industry experience
Experience
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in:
• Photography / Videography
• AI-based image & video creation or editing
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• DSLR / Mirrorless cameras
• Studio & outdoor shooting techniques
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro / After Effects
• AI tools for image & video generation and editing
• Understanding of:
• Prompt engineering for creative AI
• Social media content formats & workflows
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring
• Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for students
Salary & Benefits (Indicative – Delhi/NCR)
• Full-time Faculty: ₹30,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience)
• Visiting Faculty: ₹1,500 – ₹4,000 per lecture / session
• Performance incentives, certifications, and growth opportunities (as applicable)
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Practicing photographer / videographer using AI tools
• Experience in content creation for YouTube, Instagram, ads, or films
• Comfortable teaching hands-on, project-based learning
