Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. Key Responsibilities:

– Work closely with graphic designers, content strategists, and account teams to deliver cohesive omnichannel experiences
– Maintain and evolve design systems across multiple client brands

Qualifications Required:
– 2-8 years of professional experience in UX/UI and web design, preferably in an agency or B2B environment
– Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, design systems)
– Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design and responsive web design
– Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies
– Experience designing for complex B2B products, enterprise software, or technology services
– Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals and design-to-development handoff best practices
– Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and composition
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– Hands-on experience with modern design tools: Spline (3D design), Rive (interactive animations), Webflow (no-code development)
– Knowledge of AI-powered design tools (Figma AI, Relume, Galileo AI, ChatGPT for design workflows, Midjourney/DALL-E for assets)
– Experience with Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, or similar prototyping tools
