As a skilled VFX Prep & Compositing Artist, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure high-quality visual effects for our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
– Performing prep work such as paint, clean-up, wire/rig removal, and plate fixing
– Executing high-quality compositing of CGI and live-action footage
– Matching lighting, color, shadows, and depth to achieve realism
– Using tracking data to seamlessly integrate VFX elements
– Delivering final polished shots within specified deadlines
You should have strong knowledge in Prep (paint/roto) and Compositing, a good understanding of the VFX pipeline, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must be proficient in software tools such as Nuke, Mocha Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
