Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Meta Ads, and our website
What You’ll Do
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Ads, Stories) with strong hooks
• Create high-performing ad creatives (UGC style, product-focused, storytelling)
• Work with the marketing team on concepts, scripts, and iterations
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and motion elements
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Meta, Instagram, Website)
• Quickly produce multiple variations for testing (performance mindset)
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of video editing experience (freshers with strong work also welcome)
• Strong command over tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Understanding of Instagram trends & ad creatives
• Sense of pacing, music, and storytelling
• Ability to work fast and iterate quickly
• Bonus: Experience in fashion or D2C brands

• Videos that improve CTR, watch time, and conversions
• Ability to generate multiple creatives quickly
• Strong understanding of what works vs what doesn’t
