About the Role
We are looking for a Video Shooter & Editor who can handle the complete video production process from shooting to editing. The role involves creating high-quality social media reels and long-form YouTube videos, ensuring content is engaging, well-edited, and aligned with the brand’s style.
Key Responsibilities
• Shoot high-quality videos for social media content, reels, and YouTube.
• Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, Shorts) and long-form YouTube content.
• Manage the complete editing process, including cuts, transitions, sound, and basic color correction.
• Work closely with the team to plan and execute video concepts.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Handle basic camera setup, lighting, and framing during shoots.
• Maintain organized video files and project assets.
Requirements
• Experience in video shooting and editing.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Understanding of short-form and long-form video formats.
• Ability to deliver clean, engaging, and fast-paced edits.
• Attention to detail and good storytelling sense.
Preferred
• Experience working with brands, creators, or digital marketing teams.
• Knowledge of YouTube content structure and pacing.
