Job Description
Experience: 2+ Years
Objective: To bridge the gap between complex concepts and intuitive visual design, ensuring a premium brand presence across all platforms.
Detailed Responsibilities

Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems, including typography scales, icon libraries, and UI component kits.

Cross-Platform Execution: Design high-conversion landing pages, mobile app interfaces, and engaging social media kits.

Brand Evolution: Translate brand strategy into visual identities (logos, color palettes, and brand books).

Prototyping: Create interactive high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate user flow and animations to stakeholders.

Print & Layout: Prepare production-ready files for large-scale print, brochures, and physical marketing materials.
Skills & Software

Toolbox: Mastery of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is non-negotiable.

Theory: Deep understanding of the Golden Ratio, Grid Systems, and Accessibility (WCAG) standards.

Soft Skills: Ability to defend design decisions with logic rather than just “aesthetic preference.“
Language Requirements

English (Mandatory): Must be able to write clear design documentation and speak fluently during creative brainstorms.

Bonus: Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if you can adapt typography for different scripts.
