• *About the Role**
In Time Tec is looking for a highly capable Video Editor to join our marketing team and support content initiatives across India and the US. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong editing craft with sharp storytelling instincts and can independently turn raw footage, interviews, screen recordings, and podcast content into polished, audience-ready videos.
This is not a task-only editing role. We are looking for someone who can shape narratives, make sound creative decisions, and take ownership of projects from initial brief to final delivery. The right candidate understands how to adapt content for different brands, platforms, and audiences while maintaining consistency, quality, and speed.
The role will support three primary content streams: In Time Tec marketing videos, Creation Studio Client projects, and ITTRackNap video content. The position is based in Jaipur/Bangalore, working closely with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• *Key Responsibilities
• *1) In Time Tec Marketing Videos
• Edit high-quality video content for In Time Tec’s marketing and brand communication needs across regional and international audiences.
• Transform raw footage, interviews, event clips, testimonials, internal recordings, and advertising campaign assets into compelling, conversion focused, narrative-driven videos.
• Create content for multiple use cases, including brand videos, thought leadership clips, event recaps, product/service explainers/demos, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, then independently execute editing decisions that align with brand tone and audience needs.
• Ensure final outputs are optimized for framing, lighting, sound, and ready for intended platforms, formats, and viewer behaviors.
• *2) Creation Studio Podcast and Social Media Content
• Edit long-form podcast episodes into professional, polished final cuts suitable for publishing.
• Use AI-assisted clipping tools such as Opus Clip to identify and extract high-potential moments, then refine, polish, and brand each asset for fast-turnaround client delivery while ensuring quality, consistency, and platform readiness.
• Add pacing, graphics, captions, sound design, and visual enhancements that improve watchability and retention.
• Support content repurposing strategies by turning a single source asset into multiple high-value outputs across channels.
• *3) ITTRackNap Video Content
• Edit product-focused and marketing-led video content for ITTRackNap, including demos, explainers, feature highlights, promotional videos, customer-facing content, and sales enablement assets.
• *What You Will Own
• End-to-end video editing from raw materials to final delivery.
• Editorial and creative decision-making once project direction is provided.
• Organizing footage, selecting the strongest story moments, refining structure, and ensuring final content is aligned to objectives.
• Managing multiple projects and timelines with minimal day-to-day supervision and delivering quality, proactive output.
• Recommending editing approaches, formats, and workflow improvements that increase quality and efficiency.
